Major League Baseball teams will be playing just before and immediately after the conference. The Chicago White Sox play the Oakland Athletics at US Cellular Field on Chicago's near south side on Friday, July 4th and Saturday July 5th at 6:05 PM, and on Sunday, July 6th at 1:05 PM. Individual tickets are on sale now through the White Sox ticket office and on-line.
The Chicago Cubs play the Cincinnati Reds at Wrigley Field on Chicago's north side on Tuesday, July 8th at 7:05 PM. Through an arrangement with 3rd Coast Cruising, the conference program offers a unique opportunity for attendees to sail on 34-foot Keelboats as crews of 6 guided by a professional captain. Cost for this event is $80 per person for a 2-hour sail. Sailing experience is not required however some athletic ability is desired. Spouses and guests are welcomed.
